Following the Administrative set up of the ESOCS Church, MZYS International is broken down into CMCs and Provinces. These CMCs and Provinces located all around the world, make up MZYS International. A CMC (Central Management Council) is made up of many provinces. This Council has the responsibility to ensure that there is peace and tranquillity in all the provinces within its area of jurisdiction. Currently the MZYS is functional in all CMCs and Provinces of the ESOCS Church.

MZYS International administers all units of the MZYS Worldwide. The Presidents of the Provinces report to their CMC Cordinator, the CMC Co-ordinator reports to the International MZYS Cordinator, who in turn reports to the Baba Aladura/Prelate of the ESOCS Church Worldwide. The International Coordinator of MZYS is always a top elder of the ESOCS Church. He is always a member of the Advisory Board of ESOCS. It will interest you to know that in the absence of the Baba Aladura, the Advisory Board has the last say in all administrative matters in the Church. Board Members are high ranking Elders of the ESOCS church.

Provinces are made up of districts, and districts are made up of branches. MZYS is also functional at these levels. The Branch MZYS Chairman reports to the District MZYS Chairman who then reports to the MZYS Provincial President. The Province is a large Unit of the Church made up of branches and Districts.

MZYS International also oversees the activities of the MZYS in the Universities. MZYS is operational in most Universities in Nigeria. MZYS has been running in some Universities in Nigeria for over ten years. Some of them are IMT, ESUT, UNIPORT, UNN, UNEC, FUTO, UNIUYO, etc. Members of ESOCS Church fellowship together under the umbrella of the MZYS in their various Universities. The MZYS is inaugurated, and is running in the Nigerian Universities listed below. Each of these MZYS University Chapters has her President, her executive council members and her members.
